Our Cornish Eau de Vie has been compared to the very best of French Eau de Vie. At Fowey Valley we pride ourselves on masterfully handcrafting all our spirits from scratch, right here at our distillery in Cornwall.
Our handcrafted Eau de Vie is double pot distilled from our cider. To make our award-winning cider, we only use fresh apples from our own Cornish orchard and others close by, and absolutely nothing else.
The discreet apple notes of this Eau de Vie are joined by hints of cherry brandy, apricot and chocolate. Enjoy as a distinguished after-dinner digestif or use instead of Gin or Vodka in cocktails.
Presented in a 500ml bottle with an ABV of 40%.
