Our Cideer Brandy is handcrafted at our cidery in Lostwithiel, a beautifully idyllic and historical town in Cornwall. At Fowey Valley, we only use fresh apples from our own Cornish orchard and others close by, and absolutely nothing else.
We pot distil our Cider Brandy twice from our vintage cider up to 65% ABV. It's then laid down in new, small, medium toasted, European Oak barrels for more than twelve months.
It is a wonderful straw-gold in colour with black cherry and sandalwood on the nose. On the palate are nuts, molasses and raisins with a hint of liquorice and pepper.
Presented in a 250ml cork-top bottle with an ABV of 40%.
