How do I track my order?
After your item has been packed and shipped you will receive a confirmation email. You will be able to track your order by clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Our sorting and packaging cut off time is 13:00, any orders after this time will not be sorted until the next working day. Your products are hand sorted and packed, to ensure everything is as it should be. Please allow 2-3 working days for sorting and packing.
Once your order is shipped, it will arrive the next day.
Do you ship outside of Britain and Northern Ireland?
Sadly not! We are currently looking into ways to ship our products all over the world.
Can I click and collect?
Yes! You are more than welcome to click and collect for free from our Cidery! Just check out as you usually would on our website, and under the drop down delivery menu select 'Collect from Lostwithiel'. You will receive an email when your order has been packed up containing collection instructions.
Do you offer local delivery?

Can I add a gift message? Is there price information in the box?
Yes, please add your gift message into the ‘Delivery Instructions or Special Requests Box’, prefacing the message with “Gift Message:”.
Price information in the form of a copy of the invoice is included, but we will take this out if the shipping and billing address are different. If you would like us to not include price information in your delivery regardless of the shipping address, please let us know in the special request box at checkout.
