Our Cider Brandy is handcrafted at our cidery in Lostwithiel, a beautifully idyllic and historical town in Cornwall. At Fowey Valley, we only use fresh apples from our own Cornish orchard and others close by, and absolutely nothing else.
We pot distil our Cider Spirit twice from our vintage cider up to 65% ABV. It's then laid down in new, small, medium toasted, European Oak barrels for more than two years.
Deep amber in colour with spicy fruit and oak on the nose. On the palate are nuts, molasses and raisins with a hint of liquorice, pepper and clove. It has a lovely long finish.
Presented in a 250ml cork-top bottle with an ABV of 40%.
