Castledore cider 330ml, case of 12

Our Cornish Castledore Cider is handcrafted at our cidery in Lostwithiel, a beautifully idyllic and historical town in Cornwall. At Fowey Valley, we only use fresh apples from our own Cornish orchard and others close by, and absolutely nothing else.
 
The name ‘Castledore’ is taken from the iron age fort Castle Dore which stands just a couple of hundred metres from the Fowey Valley home orchard. 
 
To create this award-winning cider, we mill the apples into small pieces and then press this ‘pomace’ in our new belt press. About 65% of this is juice, which is then pumped into our 1,500-litre tanks. At the end of each day we add yeast and put it under an airlock for about a year to slowly ferment.
 
We then bottle this into our Castledore Cider, which is a wonderfully refreshing, medium dry and lightly carbonated cider. It's exceptionally clean on the palate, very well balanced, and low tannin, with a beautiful straw colour.
 
Presented in 330ml crown capped bottles with an ABV of 6.5%.
