Limoncello

Sip the taste of sunshine with our deliciously zesty Limoncello, handcrafted from organic lemons and our artisan alcohol! Our Limoncello journey started when Barrie was out in Sicily for the olive harvest and to organise this year’s shipment of our exquisite extra virgin olive oil, whilst also bringing back a batch of cork for our champagne cider, which are both made by a wonderful Italian family called the Bua's. 
 
Barrie and Geraldine’s favourite thing to do when staying in this region is to eat the delicious, local dishes and whilst at their favourite fish restaurant, Da Vittorio’s in Porto Paolo, they tried some local limoncello that they were particularly taken with. After tracking down the producer and asking them how it was created, Barrie was set on making his own zesty bottle! As soon as Barrie got home he was in the Fowey Valley lab perfecting his own Limoncello recipe. It’s being launched this month at his favourite local restaurant, Restormel Kitchen in Lostwithiel, where they are serving it straight in the traditional style at the end of a meal, but also in a couple of exceptional cocktails knocked up by the lovely Kerris (co-owner and front of house). Our handcrafted Limoncello is made to the old Sicilian recipe using only organic lemons and our own alcohol. It's the perfect tipple or gift for the festive season! 
 
Presented in a 250ml bottle with an ABV of 25%.
