We pot distil it twice from our vintage cider up to 65% ABV. It's then laid down in new, small, medium toasted, American oak barrels for more than twelve months.


Deep amber in colour with spicy fruit and oak on the nose. On the palate are nuts, molasses and raisins with a hint of liquorice, pepper and clove. It has a lovely long finish.


250ml cork-top bottles. 40% ABV.
