Our Fowey Valley Vintage Cider Vinegar is handcrafted at our cidery in Lostwithiel, a beautifully idyllic and historical town in Cornwall. At Fowey Valley, we only use fresh apples from our own Cornish orchard and others close by, and absolutely nothing else.
This Cider Vinegar is made from our award-winning Vintage Cider. Aged for three years before bottling, our cider vinegar is unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no preservatives added. The healthy vinegar!
It is 5% strength - perfect for salads, chips and pickling.
Presented in a 250ml bottle with a free small plastic pourer inside the cap.
