The Cornish sauce that does it all! Meet Cornish Sauce - our brand-new creation that's bold, tangy and properly moreish. Perfect on pies, a full English, or a sausage or fried egg sarnie. Stir a dollop into your gravy, splash a bit in your casserole, or use it as a marinade. The list goes on: toasted cheese, burgers, scotch eggs - even (whisper it) a Cornish pasty.
 
This sauce is handcrafted with rich tomato purée and a generous splash of our own cider and cider vinegar, blended with dark brown sugar, treacle and dates for deep sweetness. A touch of tamarind, while onion powder, allspice and black pepper give it warmth and depth. Savoury, gently spiced and beautifully tangy, there's a perfect balance of sweetness from dates and treacle with the bright acidity of cider vinegar.
