Duchy Traditional Cider Flagon - One Litre

Our Duchy traditional dry cider is all about celebrating local apples. It is made entirely from surplus apples brought to Fowey Valley Cider by local people in exchange for cider, including lots of old varieties. This cider is a nicely balanced mix of apples - one-third sweets, one-third sharps and one-third bitters. It has been gently pasteurised.

To date, all of our ciders have been presented in bottles and are either lightly carbonated or fermented in bottle champagne style. This is our first foray into a more traditional style of a still, slightly cloudy cider.

Presented in a one litre flagon with an ABV of 6.5%.
