Born from our carefully brewed mash of Cornish Gold malted barley, we let the fermentation run slow, coaxing out depth and character before distilling twice in our 500 litre pot still to a refined 60% ABV. The spirit began its life maturing in new 50 litre medium plus toasted European oak barrels, drawing rich colour and complexity from the wood.
On its second birthday, we gave Foy Gold Whisky a new chapter - transferring it into casks that had previously nurtured our Golden Sipping Rum.
Presented in a 500ml bottle with an ABV of 40%.
