Our Cornish Pommeau is a blend of half our fresh apple juice and half our Eau de Vie. At Fowey Valley we pride ourselves on masterfully handcrafting all our spirits and ciders from scratch, right here at our distillery and cidery in Cornwall.
Serve chilled as a delightfully fresh aperitif or with chocolate and apple based desserts. It works well in the kitchen too, just add a splash to liven up pork, fish or chicken dishes.
