Yarlington & Browns Cider - 2021 Limited edition

Our Ciders are handcrafted at our cidery in Lostwithiel, a beautifully idyllic and historic town in Cornwall. At Fowey Valley, we only use fresh apples from our own Cornish orchard and others close by, and absolutely nothing else.
 
For the past few years, we’ve been experimenting with different apple varieties and blends to see which work best for our Méthode Traditionnelle cider. After plenty of tasting (someone had to do it!), these limited-edition bottles came out on top: Bramley, Russet, Cox & Worcester, and Yarlington & Brown’s.
 
A mix of Brown’s and Yarlington Mill it packs a tannic punch which balances well with the rich, ripe apple flavours. This fine celebration cider has all the fine bubbled elegance of traditional method cider. 
 
Presented in a 750ml bottle with an ABV of 7.5%.
