Whether you are dating, double dating, married, loved up, celebrating friendship or some self-loving, this cocktail guarantees you'll have a love-ly Valentine’s Day. So this February, grab your glassware and let cupid take care of the rest.


10ml vanilla syrup

15ml Fowey Valley ​Cider Spirit

10ml Cointreau

15ml red vermouth

25ml Tarquins figgy pudding gin

25ml Manzana Verde

Foaming agent (we use Mrs betters foaming bitters, but a whole egg white will do the trick)

Add all the ingredients into a shaker and dry shake without any ice.​ ​Shake again with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass.
